Welcome Event

The Welcome Reception will be the first official opportunity for all delegates to meet with one another and enjoy informal networking.

This is a great opportunity to network with your existing contacts and make new ones across the sector. The Welcome Reception will take place on Tuesday 31st of May at the Grain Bar, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

Please note: one Welcome Event ticket is included in your registration. Additional guests are $80 per person.

Payment - Credit Card
Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation reservation. The credit card details will be securely provided to the hotel as a guarantee for your booking. The hotels have the right to charge one night’s deposit to your credit card at the time of the booking. The balance of your room account is to be settled directly with the hotel on your arrival.

Cancellation of Room
Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact Conference Works directly.

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 31 days prior to selected arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights’ accommodation as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or no-show.
